“HUSTLE”

Northwest Realty wanted a memorable way to highlight their commitment to client service — so we created a lighthearted short comedy film featuring owner Dan Kieres. The premise: when a client needs him, Dan will stop at nothing to get there.

We leaned into a playful, over-the-top narrative that exaggerated the lengths Dan would go for his clients. After taking a call from a panicked homeowner, Dan bolts out the door and races across town — dodging traffic, leaping fences, tearing his shirt, and diving through hedges — all to prove that Northwest Realty is there when you need them most.

The film positioned Northwest Realty as reliable, approachable, and client-first, while also differentiating the brand with humor and personality. By mixing cinematic comedy with a simple message — “Dan is there when you need him” — the spot entertained audiences and left them with a clear, memorable impression of the company’s dedication.
